Results are significantly enhanced when a course of treatments is taken, and it is a cost-effective way of booking a series of treatments or services. Our qualified team will be happy to advise you on the benefits of taking a course on a selection of our treatments.

Our courses are buy 6 for the price of 5 and buy 12 for the price of 9.

Courses are only available on facials.

• Payment plans are available to spread the cost.
• Packages are non refundable and non transferable. 
• Any session not used before the expiry date will be lost.
• Gift cards can be purchased online.
• Gift cards can be used for all services.
• Gift cards cannot be used with any seasonal discounts, offers or packages.
• Gift cards expire after 12 months from purchase date.
• No exchanges or refunds. Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your deposit will be deducted off the total service price. 
• The remainder of the total amount will be charged on the day of your appointment.
• Please adhere to our company rules, terms and conditions before making a booking.
• We Accept Card/ Contactless/ Cash payments.

• Consent forms are mandatory and must be completed before the date of treatment.
• Consultations ensure that you do not have any contraindications and that you are medically fit for treatment. This is extremely important for the safety of our clients.
• Clients are liable to disclose all relevant information on consultations.
• Photos will be taken for insurance purposes and are safely stored on the client file. Any photos taken will not be shared unless written consent is given and signed by the client.

• ​If you wish cancel/reschedule you must do this no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. 
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non- transferable.
• If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, without giving notice you will be charged 100% of the service price.
• If the service is part of a pre-paid package, 1 session will be lost.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment time will be reduced/cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the services booked. 
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you wish to book a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.
• *You CAN wax whilst on your menstrual cycle (MUST have a tampon or menstrual cup in), if you choose not to wax on your menstrual cycle please plan your appointments accordingly. If that time is unpredictable, please wait to schedule until after it is done to avoid having to cancel.

 

In the event that a client or member of staff contracts COVID 19 Virus or has a positive covid result, their appointment will be rescheduled to a new date following a 10 day isolation period.
